On December 21, 2024, the "Cost Management, Building Sustainable Competitiveness" -2024 Guosheng Forum was successfully held in the report hall of the group company. This forum focuses on the theme of "Cost Management, Building Sustainable Competitiveness", exploring how to create cost advantage products and build sustainable competitiveness for enterprises through cost management in the context of intensified market competition and internal competition in the stock era.

In the keynote speech session, representatives from each group focused on multiple dimensions such as technology cost, manufacturing cost, process cost, management cost, credit cost, and ecological cooperation cost. Through case analysis and data support, potential problems in cost management were revealed, and feasible suggestions and solutions were proposed.

Mrs Chen Juan, Executive Vice President of Guosheng group, provided a stage review of this morning's speech. She stated that cost management requires everyone to focus on their own work, have a clear understanding of the relationship between their work and costs, actively participate in practice, and use the ecological chain to integrate resources and win the market.

The roundtable discussion session was a highlight of this forum. Eight young employee representatives from different departments shared their practical experience and insights in their respective positions, especially in addressing the "hidden costs" that are easily overlooked, and put forward many constructive suggestions and solutions.

The Chairman Mr Pan Weiguo provided detailed comments on the performance of each group and gave full recognition, while also deploying relevant work for 2025.
