In June 2026, the 25th National "Work Safety Month" will take place. Centered on the theme of "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response—Identify and Address Risks," Guosheng Group has systematically planned and implemented a series of safety activities based on its actual operations, aiming to integrate safety awareness into every aspect of daily operations.

Launch deployment, clarify the path

In early June, the Group Safety Committee held the launch meeting for the Safety Production Month. The meeting reviewed the safety work of the first half of 2026, acknowledged achievements, identified existing shortcomings, detailed the arrangements for the Safety Production Month, clarified responsibilities and deadlines, and ensured the orderly implementation of activities.

Multi-dimensional promotion to create an atmosphere

The safety publicity corridor features themed posters on safety month topics, covering common knowledge in workplace safety, environmental protection, and occupational health. Employees are invited to sign safety slogans and banners, which are then displayed in prominent locations such as crane areas in workshops. Additionally, accident warning videos are shown on rotating electronic screens across various workshops, using real-life cases to remind frontline workers to remain vigilant at all times.

Training Empowerment, Building a Solid Foundation

The Safety Committee organized safety-themed training sessions for functional department managers and workshop team leaders, focusing on systematic learning of safety management concepts and practical key points. The initiative aimed to enhance the safety awareness and risk identification capabilities of the management team, promoting a shift from "passive response" to "active prevention" in safety management and effectively improving on-site safety oversight at the grassroots level.

Conduct a comprehensive inspection and implement closed-loop rectification

Under the activity theme of "Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hazards," the Safety Committee organized workshops to conduct comprehensive hazard inspections. For all identified hazards, strict implementation of the "Three Fixes Principle" was enforced, with dedicated personnel assigned to monitor progress. This ensured every hazard received a response, was addressed, and achieved closure.

Knowledge competition, learning through competition

To motivate employees to actively learn safety knowledge, the Safety Committee organized a safety knowledge competition. Competing teams engaged in friendly rivalry, reinforcing safety awareness and emergency preparedness through the contest. The company awarded prizes to the winning teams, further igniting enthusiasm for all staff to participate in safety learning.

Practical drills to test emergency plans

During the event, the safety committee organized practical drills simulating emergency scenarios based on the contingency plan. By replicating sudden incidents, the drills tested the feasibility and effectiveness of the plan while enhancing employees' response speed and coordinated handling capabilities in emergency situations.

Work safety is the cornerstone of enterprise development. This safety month campaign serves as both a review of previous safety management efforts and a reinforcement of future risk prevention capabilities. Guosheng Group will adhere to a proactive, routine inspection approach, continuously improve emergency response mechanisms, consistently promote safety awareness, and ensure safety responsibilities are effectively implemented at every level.
