Guosheng Zhike held a special training session for senior management on "Strong Breakthrough of Leadership in the Digital Economy"

The rapid development of digital technology is reshaping the business ecosystem, and middle and senior managers, as the core of organizations, need to reconstruct their leadership under the drive of digitalization. On September 6-7, 2025, Guosheng Group invited leadership experts to organize a two-day special training on "Strong Breakthrough of Leadership in the Digital Economy". More than 70 senior management personnel, representatives of department level and above management personnel, and representatives of second tier employees with training potential from various companies of the group participated in this training activity.

During the training, the teacher combined the characteristics of the digital age to systematically explain how to enhance the abilities of managers in five aspects: "leader role reshaping", "strategic decoding", "team management", "organizational communication", and "organizational change". Combined with global benchmark enterprise cases, the key path to leadership enhancement in digital transformation was deeply analyzed.

The training adopts a diversified teaching method of "theory+case+discussion", with frequent on-site interaction and stimulating thinking. Through scenario deduction and group co creation, students engage in in-depth discussions around the theme, continuously deepening their understanding of the new paradigm of leadership in the digital economy, and gradually forming a preliminary consensus on leadership enhancement with Guosheng characteristics.

After the training, Executive Vice President Chen Juan made a closing summary.
