Guosheng Zhike 2025 Grassroots Manager Training -5S Special Training

In order to effectively improve the level of production site management and empower production and manufacturing to improve quality and efficiency, on May 24th, the group company organized a "5S special training" for all grassroots management personnel. Through a combination of theoretical explanations, case analysis, and practical exercises, the system enhanced the awareness and execution ability of grassroots management personnel towards 5S management, and promoted the continuous progress of production site management towards refinement and standardization.

This training specially invited senior industry experts to give lectures. The course focuses on the core principles of 5S management and elaborates on them in a simple and understandable way. Combined with classic cases in the manufacturing industry, it analyzes the core value of "5S is not just about surface cleanliness, but about building key productivity on site".
