On August 2nd, the group organized cross departmental collaboration and team building training, committed to breaking down departmental barriers and building a bridge for collaborative win-win outcomes. Through scenario simulations, case studies, and team tasks, grassroots managers learned efficient communication skills, cross departmental collaboration mechanisms, and conflict resolution methods. They gained a deep understanding of the importance of goal alignment, information sharing, and mutual support.

Lesson 12: Promotion of Marketing Concepts and Basic Sales Skills Training for All Employees

Promote all staff marketing and empower value transmission

The last lesson returns to full staff marketing, and the fundamental value of grassroots managers lies in their systematic organizational ability, which always supports sales growth. The purpose of this training is to break down departmental barriers, enable every manager to understand the intrinsic connection between market orientation, customer value, and company strategy, strengthen the awareness that "everyone is a spokesperson for the company's image, and customer value can be created everywhere", provide more solid backend support for front-line sales, and jointly promote the improvement of the company's market competitiveness.
