As the gears of time turn into 2025, we stand at the end of the year and look back. Every steadfast footprint has converged into the epic of our collective struggle. Now, let us together follow the path of time and revisit those shining moments that defined 2025.

Focus on the market, collaborate for mutual benefit

In January, the company held a marketing mobilization meeting titled "Pioneering Change, Finding Our Own Answers." The meeting outlined new year goals and rallied all distributor partners to strengthen their resolve, boost morale, and embrace a new approach to achieve victory in the market's new journey.

In April, the 2025 Q1 Distributor Conference was held under the theme "Forge the New·Break Boundaries." Distributor partners gathered both online and offline, engaging in in-depth discussions on key topics such as technological upgrades, market breakthroughs, and win-win cooperation, injecting strong momentum into the year-round collaboration.

In April, the 19th China International Machine Tool Exhibition (CIMT 2025) grandly opened at the Capital International Exhibition Center and the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall)! Guosheng Zhike innovatively introduced the "Smart Manufacturing Engine Matrix," showcasing five new products across multiple dimensions to vividly demonstrate its cutting-edge technological prowess in the smart manufacturing sector.

In October, to further deepen production-sales collaboration, fully empower distributors, and enhance market competitiveness, a three-day distributor training event was held. Under the theme of "Synergistic Evolution, Joint Growth," the training focused on three key words: "Focus, Breakthrough, and Sublimation." Distributor representatives from across the country gathered to jointly explore new development prospects.

In December, the Valve Association of Liandu District, Lishui City, visited Guosheng Zhike for an inspection and exchange.

Unite our efforts and work together to achieve far-reaching goals

In February, the auspicious dragon bid farewell to the old year, while the mystical snake ushered in blessings for a new journey. The 2025 Spring Festival Group Banquet of Guosheng Group was grandly held at the InterContinental Hotel Binjiang.

In March, Guosheng Zhike organized all female employees to visit the Tangzha Ancient Town 157 Art Center under the theme "The Art of Pottery, Blossoming Women's Strength." Through the dialogue between clay and fingers, they spent a creative and joyful International Women's Day.

In May, Guosheng Zhike celebrated its 24th anniversary! On this special occasion, the Guosheng team gathered together to hold a heartwarming and inspiring celebration, honoring the past journey of hard work and embarking on a new chapter for the future!

In May, to enhance the comprehensive capabilities of grassroots managers and cultivate a team of grassroots leaders who are "technically proficient, management-skilled, and communication-effective," Guosheng Zhike officially launched its grassroots manager training program! This training, themed "Empowering the Grassroots, Uniting for Progress," spans three months and includes 12 courses covering marketing, quality, and skills. Through a model that combines internal training for foundational building and external training for expansion, it injects new momentum into grassroots managers, propelling teams to higher levels.

In September, with the wind clear and the moon bright, the fragrance of osmanthus filled the air. As the Mid-Autumn Festival approached, Guosheng Zhike successfully held its 2025 team-building event under the theme "Sounding Mid-Autumn, Passionate in Super League." Senior executives, employees from other regions, and representatives of young staff gathered together, sharing this heartwarming and vibrant evening.

In September, Guosheng Group invited leadership experts to organize a two-day specialized training session titled "Strong Breakthrough in Leadership Under the Digital Economy." The rapid advancement of digital technology is reshaping the business ecosystem. Middle and senior management personnel took this learning opportunity as a new starting point, proactively integrating digital thinking and leadership into their management practices to continuously drive innovation in management models and enhance organizational efficiency.

In October, to precisely align with the company's demand for highly skilled professionals and continuously advance talent development, Guosheng ZhiKe conducted its annual employee skill certification exam as scheduled, with 27 employees successfully achieving skill level upgrades.

In November, with the shimmering autumn light and golden years, Guosheng Group organized a team-building event for its gold and diamond employees as well as senior management at Qidong·Qitang City, a historical and cultural experience destination. Titled "A Grand Tang Dynasty Invitation," the event immersed participants in a harmonious blend of Tang Dynasty elegance and team vitality.

In December, Nantong Guosheng Zhike and Beijing Fanuc added a vivid chapter to their strategic partnership by jointly hosting the F+HEALTH "Dreaming Together, Evolving Together" badminton friendship match at the Li Ning Tianyao Badminton Hall.

On the morning of February 11th, Wu Xinming, Secretary of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee, visited Guosheng Zhike for research and guidance.

On February 18th, Zhang Tong, Deputy Secretary of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited Guosheng Intelligent Technology for research and guidance.

On February 20th, Jiangsu Provincial Party Secretary Xin Changxing visited Guosheng Zhike for research and inspection.

On May 25th, Shen Mingquan, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee in Zhejiang Province, and Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, led a party and government delegation to Guosheng Zhike for inspection and exchange. Zhang Tong, Deputy Secretary of Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Hu Yongjun, Secretary of Chongchuan District Party Committee, participated in the event.

On July 2nd, the "AI Empowers Thousands of Industries - Entering the Intelligent Equipment Chamber of Commerce" special session was held at Guosheng Zhike. The "Chief Consultant Appointment Ceremony for the Intelligent Equipment Industry" was held at the event site. Zhang Tong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presented appointment letters to Pan Weiguo, Chairman of Guosheng Zhike, and Tang Zikang, Chairman of Nantong Zhenkang.

On August 13th, Chairman Mao Yufeng of the China Machine Tool Industry Association and his delegation visited Guosheng Zhike for inspection.

On November 11th, well-known CCTV host Ju Ping visited Guosheng Zhike and conducted an in-depth interview with the company's chairman Pan Weiguo. The interview content will be broadcasted on CCTV Children's Channel in the future, aiming to vividly demonstrate the value and charm of craftsmanship spirit for children, sow the seeds of focus and innovation in their hearts, and stimulate the future generation's interest and longing for exploring the field of intelligent manufacturing.

In February, Guosheng Zhike was awarded the title of "Outstanding Contribution Industrial Enterprise to High Quality Development of Gangzha Economic Development Zone in 2024".

In July, Chairman Pan Weiguo was appointed as the Chief Consultant of Nantong Intelligent Equipment Industry.

In August, the MX650 vertical five axis machining center independently developed by Guosheng Zhike for processing complex curved parts was awarded the first (set) equipment in Jiangsu Province in 2025.

In October, Guosheng Zhike won the 2024 Golden Bull Award for New Quality Enterprises. Chairman Pan Weiguo was awarded the 2024 Golden Bull Entrepreneur Innovation Award.

In October, Guosheng Zhike was awarded the "Top 10 Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements of Chongchuan District in 2025".

In December, Guosheng Zhike's core functional component research and development workshop was awarded the honorary title of "Jiangsu Province Worker Pioneer".

Fulfilling responsibilities and empowering the future

In May, Guosheng Zhike donated RMB 100000 to the "Zilang Award Teaching Fund" sponsored by the Nantong Charity Federation. The student aid donation ceremony was held at Gusha Primary School in Tongzhou District, and the donated teaching materials accurately matched the school's needs, effectively filling the gaps in the school's hardware facilities and providing strong guarantees for improving teaching quality.

In September, the 41st Teachers' Day celebration conference of Chongchuan District was held at the New District School in Nantong City. Chairman Pan Weiguo of Guosheng Zhike was invited to attend and present honorary certificates and trophies to outstanding teachers and teams who have won the 14th Guosheng Education Award Fund. The Guosheng Education Award Fund continues to contribute to the development of education in Chongchuan.

In September, the "Tongchao" Chongchuan team held a work exchange and tripartite joint construction signing ceremony at Guosheng Zhike. Guosheng Zhike strongly sponsors the Tongchao Chongchuan team, practicing corporate responsibility and jointly building a new chapter in Chongchuan sports.

Every time I look back, it's to move forward more firmly.
