Guosheng Group's 2024 "Active Organization and Team Efficiency" Special Training Successfully Ends

In today's fiercely competitive business environment, the positive vitality of organizations and the high efficiency of teams have become the key to success for enterprises. On August 24-25, 2024, Guosheng Group invited professional teachers in enterprise marketing and leadership training to organize a two-day special training on "Active Organization and Team Effectiveness". More than 70 senior management personnel, representatives of department level and above management personnel, and representatives of second tier employees with training potential from various companies of the group participated in this training activity.

During the training, the teacher focused on improving team efficiency. Through professional theoretical explanations and rich case analysis, the teacher unlocked the password to building an efficient team from five aspects: "actively building team organization, talent cultivation and team motivation, work goals and team collaboration, cross departmental team communication and collaboration, and improving managerial leadership".

The teacher used interactive teaching throughout the entire process, and the students actively participated and had lively discussions. They simulated and applied tools such as the coach's eight step method and distributed collaboration to case exercises, where their thinking collided and they deeply understood the true meaning of active organization and team effectiveness.

After the training, Chairman Pan Weiguo summarized and instructed the management team to focus on the company's strategic goals and priorities, combined with the actual development situation of the enterprise, apply the knowledge learned in the training to their work, promote, summarize, review, and improve through learning and practice, build a positive organization and high-efficiency team, and continuously empower the development of the enterprise.
